I purchased these to put on our back sliding doors so I'd know when the kids went outside. I like the chime function, its loud enough to hear through most of the residence. They go on so very easily, and are affordable. The alarm function is LOUD...so they'd perform amazing for that objective, too. There is also an off switch, so that's good.

I study the other critiques before posting this one. In the to begin with assessment, the poster stated the alarm was loud enough to hear, in most of the property. I feel that is a perfectly accurate statement.
The cause, I am only giving these alarms an typical rating (three star) is considering that I want to be in a position to hear an alarm all through all the entire home! I want the alarm to be loud adequate to wake me in a dead sleep, from the other side of the property! I want an intrusion alarm to be loud sufficient to wake my neighbors (and there is NO way these alarms will)!
The package claimed the alarms had been 120 db. As a person who is familiar with decibels, I can guaranty these alrms are NOWHERE close to 120 db!
